Mission Statement

The Bytown Woodturners are committed to the pursuit and development of wood art.
  • We aim to provide club members opportunities to advance their turning skills, by sharing methods, techniques, experiences and experiments. 
  • We also aim to inspire members and encourage their creativity. 
  • We actively explore cooperation with all woodturners and with other arts and crafts to create a fusion of techniques and creativity. 
  • We promote arts and crafts in the community and encourage their development.

Bytown Woodturners meet the third Monday of every month at 7 p.m. at the Mel Baker Hall, in the J. Alf Dulude Arena Complex, 941 Clyde Avem off Carling just south of the Queensway (map)
